Dr. Dressler’s special interests and areas of expertise also include chest pain and coronary heart disease, pulmonary systems and CHF, palpitations, atrial fibrillation, leg pain and peripheral artery disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Joyce Angela Struna PA-C, Bachelor of Science, graduated from Radford University Carillon, formerly known as Jefferson College of Health Science in Roanoke, Virginia. Angela has worked in Family Practice and Urgent Care for more 14 years. Prior to moving to the local area, she worked with Carol Fischer, MD, PC’s family practice for 8 years while serving as a PA with the Wyoming Air National Guard. Angela retired from the Wyoming Air National Guard in 2014, with more than 22 years of combined service. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, lake kayaking, snow shoeing, canning veggies she grows in her garden, and traveling. Angela’s most recent traveling adventure was to the Patagonia region on an Argentina Adventure Tour with the National Outdoor Center in February 2022.
